A Simple Guided Meditation on the Breath [AUDIO]

Greetings all! Many people have asked me over the years if I had recordings available of any of our meditations. Unfortunately the answer has always been 'no' - until now! Here finally is a recording of a simple guided meditation on the breath. Hopefully you will find it helpful.
This is a bit of an experiment to see if you would like and get value from these - please let me know what you think. If there is sufficient interest I will start putting up some more meditation recordings.

Feb 9th 2014 - Meditation Cancelled Due to Weather

Well, I had assumed that things would be getting better tomorrow, but there is now an ice storm warning for Sunday afternoon and evening so I am thinking it is prudent to cancel the meditation class.
